BIBIBOP Asian Grill Opening First West Side Location at Crocker Park

— Westlake, Ohio

Fast casual, health-conscious restaurant concept, BIBIBOP Asian Grill will open at Crocker Park Tuesday, October 22, located across from Bath & Body Works at 224 Crocker Park Blvd. Providing the community fresh, delicious Korean inspired dishes with an Americanized twist, BIBIBOP will be a complimenting addition to the lifestyle center’s well-rounded mix of restaurants and eateries.

Founded in Columbus in 2013, BIBIBOP was created on the philosophy that healthy Asian cuisine can be accessible and enjoyable for everyone and is rooted in the Korean practice that food should nourish both the body and the mind. Six years later, CEO and founder Charley Shin has brought his concept to 6 states nationwide but still finds importance in staying local.

“It’s a very exciting time for BIBIBOP Asian Grill as we bring more locations to our hometown- Cleveland, Ohio,” says Shin. “Equally important is our commitment to bring our wellbeing to all of the communities in which we do business by strengthening our neighbors and enriching the lives of our team members.”

The menu allows customers to choose from a unique mix of rice, fresh vegetables, quality proteins, and Asian inspired sauces to build their ideal rice bowl, salad or wrap. All ingredients are prepared on site daily and placed together to order in front of each customer.

“Not only is the food absolutely delicious, but their company mission and core values are ones that we welcome here at Crocker Park,” says Stacie Schmidt, Vice President of Marketing for Stark Enterprises. “BIBIBOP will offer visitors another fantastic choice upon our unique blend of dining options to fit every taste and preference.”

To celebrate the grand opening on Tuesday, October 22, there will be a ribbon cutting ceremony at 10:15am followed by the restaurant giving the first 200 people in line a free BIBIBOP bowl. All guests that day will have a chance to win merchandise and gift cards and enjoy face painting and live music. Twenty percent of all sales made on grand opening day will be donated to The Refugee Response, an organization that provides resources and assistance to refugees to help them gain the tools to improve their quality of life and become contributing members to society.
