Built by Arbor Construction, a subsidiary company of Stark Enterprises, and lead by architecture firm studioTECHNE, LinC Social Club is a place designed to support the social and work lives of residents and encourages collaboration, learning and sustainability as well as engaging socially and building meaningful relationships.

Using artistic imagery through the form of exaggerated “Ben-Day dots”, studioTECHNE created ceiling graphics and panels throughout the center matching its modern and artistic aesthetic representing legacies of iconic Clevelanders including Jerry Siegel who created the Superman comic book and pop artist, Roy Lichtenstein. To promote personal creativity, these art forms are up for interpretation and encourage viewers to ponder what it communicates to them.

“Crocker Park Living has 534 modern and luxurious floor plans that take residents to the next level of urban sophistication,” said Bob Stark, poet developer and President of Stark Enterprises. “With the addition of the LinC, this gives our residents world class amenities to help expand their work and social spaces matching their lifestyle.”

Crocker Park Living, nestled in the most desirable location in Westlake, Ohio, has everything one would need right outside their front door.  With access to two full service grocery stores, ten full-service salon and spas, over one hundred retailers, thirty-five plus dining options and an IMAX movie theater, living at Crocker Park is a lifestyle.
